You may also contact NHS Direct on 0845 4647 for advice.

On the day appointments

All patients who feel that their problem is urgent should ring the surgery at 9.00am. They will be offered an appointment that morning with a doctor or Nurse Practitioner.

Post-Natal examinations:

These need a double appointment. The reception staff will arrange these for you on receipt of discharge information from the hospital following delivery. This includes the mothers Post-Natal examnination, your baby's developmental check and your Baby's first immunisations.

Medical Examinations

These can be arranged for various times during the week and will require a half an hour appointment. Please note a fee will be charged for this examination.

Cancellations

We have worked hard to reduce the time people have to wait to get an appointment. Please let us know well in advance if you cannot attend your appointment so that we can offer it to somebody else.

For your convenience we now offer a dedicated cancellation line, you can call it on 07853312473 or alternatively send a text message

Please don’t be a DNA (Did Not Attend)!

For information there were 1461 Missed Appointments in 2017.

The practice will pro-actively contact patients who DNA (Do Not Attend) more than twice in a 12 month period.  If the patient continues to DNA thereafter the practice will take action and remove the patient from the practice list.  Please read our DNA Policy for patients who Do Not Attend.

Please help us to provide a better service by cancelling appointments that you do not intend to keep and give us as much notice as possible.
