Administrative Team

Grove House Surgery is a Partnership, owned and run by the GP Partners with support from our dedicated and skilled administrative team. Our patient services team are there to help, advise and assist. When you call the surgery, the doctors have directed the receptionists to ask a number of simple questions. The aim of the questioning is not to pry into your condition or the reason for calling the surgery but to ensure that you are seen by the most appropriate healthcare professional which may or may not be a GP.

Dawn Beadle is the practice manager. The practice manager looks after the day to day administration, planning and development of the practice as well as dealing with personnel management and customer service issues. We hope that you will always be satisfied with our service.

Kath Farrar is the Assistant Practice Manager and IG Lead, she is responsible for IT and electronic records and system support.

Sharon Senior is our medical secretary.

Christina Klej, Susan Sykes, Lauren Ackroyd, Raeesah Mulla and Helen Hardwick are our administrative and reception staff. Ann Shillito is based at Chickenley Medical Centre.
