When the surgeries are closed (as stated above) including bank holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.
Extended Access Service – Grove House Surgery
The aim of the service is to offer a greater range of appointments for routine problems. The types of problems that can be seen by the extended access service are like those that can be pre-booked during normal working hours.
There are a limited number of GP and Nurse appointments available.
