For information there were 1461 Missed Appointments in 2017.
The practice will pro-actively contact patients who DNA (Do Not Attend) more than twice in a 12 month period. If the patient continues to DNA thereafter the practice will take action and remove the patient from the practice list. Please read our DNA Policy for patients who Do Not Attend.
