At the Grove House Surgery wheelchair access to the building is at the front entrance. The ramp also allows access to the treatment room from outside in an emergency. Patient services are provided at ground floor through the waiting room. There is a lift provided to access the first floor and is situated opposite the waiting room. There are disabled patients’ WCs provided on the ground floor near the front entrance. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement. Reception staff are available to help patients with special needs.
