Grove House Surgery and Chickenley Medical Centre suggests patients utilise the online services available at the Surgery. This allows Patients to arrange non-urgent appointments, order medication, amend their details, view their record including test results and complete questionnaires.
There are multiple different platforms a patient can use to access the online services including NHS App, SystmOnline, Airmid, PATCHs or through our ask a question page on our website.
We also host Digital Drop In Sessions for all patients who would like to get online but are not sure how to go about it. Please ask at reception for further details.
