Going to the doctor’s office is never easy especially if you are feeling unwell. But all the staff at the surgery are caring show empathy and truly feel like they care for patients health and well being. Whenever anyone complains about their Dr’s surgery, I feel very much cared for and looked after and haven’t got a bad word to say. I always recommended Grove house. Honestly I think it’s one of the best practices in our area.
I came for a blood test and ECG. The nurse explained what would happen and dealt with me in a very professional and respectful way.

I can always manage to get a appointment, well I couldn’t get one for my anti-depressants med review they fitted me in on a weekend emergency practice which was brilliant since I was upset I forgot to arrange a appointment and I was late in getting my medication due to myself but really appreciated the receptionist going the extra mile and arranging that for me
